Legal & Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for accessing FASTBOTS, creating AI assistants, and using the platform with your customers.

Agreement to these terms

FASTBOTS is a software platform operated by SoftwareLab X. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using FASTBOTS, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

The FASTBOTS service

FASTBOTS helps customers create, brand, train, share, and embed AI-powered assistants. The platform may include chat, lead capture, analytics, booking links, knowledge management, and related dashboard tools. Features and limits may vary by plan and may evolve over time.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and billing information.
  • Keep login credentials secure and promptly report misuse.
  • Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for all content, data, branding, and instructions supplied to an assistant.
  • Configure assistants appropriately for your business and review their responses before relying on them for important decisions.
  • Give your visitors any notices and obtain any consents required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use FASTBOTS to:

  • Break the law, facilitate fraud, or violate another person's rights.
  • Generate or distribute malicious code, spam, harassment, deceptive content, or unlawful discriminatory material.
  • Attempt to bypass security, usage limits, access controls, or probe systems without authorization.
  • Submit highly sensitive information unless your agreement and configuration expressly support that use.
  • Present AI output as guaranteed professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

AI output and human review

AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected output. FASTBOTS does not guarantee that every answer will be correct or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your assistant's instructions, knowledge, deployment, and appropriate human oversight. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for decisions that could have a significant legal, financial, medical, employment, housing, credit, or safety impact.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Fees, usage allowances, and taxes are presented before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Except where required by law or expressly stated in an order, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Content, data, and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and business data you submit. You grant FASTBOTS the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that material to operate and improve the service. FASTBOTS and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, brand, documentation, and underlying technology.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy & Data Use Notice.

Availability and third-party services

The service depends on internet, cloud, AI, payment, and other third-party providers. FASTBOTS may experience interruptions or change integrations and features. We work to keep the platform reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or cancel a paid plan through the available account tools. FASTBOTS may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; prevent misuse; or address overdue payment. Provisions that logically survive termination remain in effect.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FASTBOTS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. FASTBOTS and SoftwareLab X will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date. For legal questions, contact hello@softwarelabx.com. Applicable law and any additional order terms govern disputes.
